Scott Sexton
Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Scott is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Dairy.com and for running the day-to-day operations of the company. Scott co-founded INC2inc- a food and beverage industry e-marketplace - and served as president, before merging INC2inc with Dairy.com in December 2000. Scott chairs the Dairy.com board and also serves on the boards of International Dairy Foods Association and National Cheese Institute. He was a basketball letterman at Baylor University and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Jon Cunningham
Chief Financial Officer

Jon is responsible for the development, direction and management of the financial, legal, human resource and administrative areas of Dairy.com. He joined the organization as CFO in January 2000. Prior to joining the company, Jon was part of the executive team of the Dallas, TX office of Andersen (formerly Arthur Andersen LLP), where he served for seven years. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mitch Norby
Vice President of Technology

Mitch is responsible for setting the technology direction for Dairy.com, as well as the development, deployment and management of the company's technology solutions. He joined INC2inc in April 2000 and served as Lead Software Architect prior to the merger with Dairy.com. Before joining INC2inc, Mitch worked at a private technology consulting firm after spending six years at EDS. He has over 18 years of experience leading the design, development and deployment of large-scale software applications across multiple industries.

Hill Pratt
Vice President of Business Development

Hill is responsible for developing new business opportunities for Dairy.com. He served in the same capacity for INC2inc prior to the merger with Dairy.com. Before joining INC2inc, he was a partner in the CSC - Supply Chain Practice for 13 years. Hill holds an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business.
